An exploration of brutalist forms in motion using no keyframes.
After one of my artworks was featured in "The Art of Creative Composition" gallery, I was contacted by Kirill Tokarev for an interview to be featured on 80lv. It was a great opportunity for me to think about my own practice and then propagate thought over technique. It touches upon various topics that can help artists and designers find their niche and way while dealing with the massive term -'abstract'.
The 'Anvils of Time' piece has been selected for "The Art of Creative Composition" gallery show hosted by CGMA! The gallery shall also be exhibiting works by masters like Aaron Limonick and Fabio Silva. The gallery opening will be on Saturday 8 June 2019 at The Animation Guild Gallery 839 (11005 Hollywood Way, Burbank, CA 91505) from 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm. Work shall remain on display until 30 June.
An article intended for casual enthusiasts who wish to understand Escher's Circle Limit as a traditional geometric construction. It covers basic hyperbolic geometry as well as tiling and suggest some modern tools to approach such intricate geometries for digital artists.
